• Voice recordings or audio samples you choose to provide for song generation or voice personalization
• Messages, prompts, occasion details, names, dedications, and lyrics you submit
• Generation request details that must be sent to our AI music providers to create your song
• Generated songs, song titles, and local song history saved on your device after generation
• Pseudonymous device identifiers, app usage events, performance metrics, and crash diagnostics
• Subscription status, notification tokens, and technical data such as IP address, device model, and operating system version

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized AI songs from your messages, occasion details, and optional voice samples
• Send your generation request content to AI music providers so they can create the requested song
• Save generated songs and song history locally on your device so you can replay, manage, download, export, or delete them
• Create downloadable files or system share actions when you choose to share or export a generated song
• Notify you when a song is ready or when important service updates are available
• Verify subscription access and improve app reliability, performance, and user experience

3. Voice, Lyrics, and AI Processing

Logesta Labs uses AI music technologies to turn your submitted content into celebration songs. Important information about AI processing:

• Your voice samples, prompts, messages, lyrics, and generated-song requests are sent to third-party AI music providers when needed to generate the song you request
• Voice samples are used only to provide the requested song or voice-personalization features
• We do not sell your voice recordings, messages, or generated songs
• AI processing is subject to the privacy practices and technical limitations of our service providers
• We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve app quality, but not to identify you personally

4. Song Storage and Sharing

After a song is generated, your generated music and related song history are saved locally on your device:

• We send your input content for generation, but we do not keep a cloud song library for your generated songs after generation completes
• Generated songs, titles, lyrics, and local history remain on your device unless you choose to download, export, share, or delete them
• You can download or export generated songs where the app provides that feature
• You can delete generated songs from the app whenever you want; deleting them removes the local app copy from your device
• If you share or export a song, anyone who receives that file may be able to listen to it and view associated title or lyric content
• We may retain limited operational metadata as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription verification, and abuse prevention

5. In-App Purchases

Logesta Labs may offer subscriptions or other paid features through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID, or Google account payment information. We receive only the subscription or purchase status needed to unlock paid features.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• With AI music providers when needed to process the inputs you submit for song generation
• With analytics, notification, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the app
• With Apple, Google, or subscription management providers to verify purchases and subscription status
• When required by law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
• To protect the rights, property, safety, integrity, or security of users, the public, or our service
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate privacy protections

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Local device storage for generated songs and song history after generation
• Access controls for systems that process generation requests and related metadata

• Time-limited or otherwise restricted processing access to generated-song assets when supported
• Vendor review and security practices appropriate for third-party AI and infrastructure providers

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to personal data associated with your app use
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Delete generated songs and local song history from your device through the app
• Request deletion of personal data we or our providers process for generation, subject to applicable retention requirements
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law gives you that right

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Data Processing

If you access the service from outside the United States, generation request content and operational data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our AI providers, analytics providers, subscription providers, notification providers, or other service providers operate. Generated songs and song history are saved locally on your device after generation. Other countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including changes required by our AI providers, app store requirements, or applicable law. When we do, we will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
